I finally have lost 30kg been a battle but Im there!!!! Only another 30 to go WOW!!!! I can onny hope i do it as fast as I have with this 30kg lol

Just read your blog. you should be super chuffed with yourself. 30kg in such a short time, you'll be at goal before you know it! A big congrats.
I'm getting my band January 15. Am thinking your advice about the optifast is pretty solid. To shrink you stomach before the op, should make it easier to handle the liquid stage post-op.
Do you know if optifast is same as celebrity slim? I can handle those 2 times a day no problem. I'm starting pre-op diet on Monday. Goal 1! I think I found you through fluffy's blog, I've also found the lap band Australia site which is a good source of info and people.
